Celebrating the creativity and culture of the Kimberley

Connection to country is common ground for Aboriginal people across Australia. The Kimberley Aboriginal Artists was established in the context of this solidarity with the aim of sharing the richness and diversity of their art, language and identity. This exhibition is a show of strength and collaboration and, in the context of country, community and particular art practice; it is an expression of multifaceted diversity. The exhibition and publication will present a selection of the art being produced currently by artists in each of the four art centres.
